Yogateket is pleased to announce that the yoga studio in Uppsala now offers a range of classes online, to supplement its in-studio offerings. The studio offers a yoga online experience in HD video, delivering high-quality yoga classes via the Web, a global community accessible to all. The app provides the ability to practice yoga at home or elsewhere. The app is suited to all styles, levels, and durations so that everyone is able to find a class that meets the needs of the moment. Yogateket classes are great for those just starting a practice, have a long-standing practice, or wish to complement studio practice.
The yoga app features the ability to download up to ten videos to a phone or tablet for offline use, writing and maintaining a yoga journal, and streaming any of the videos via Apple TV or Chromecast to home television. The features are available for Yogateket members only.
According to Lizette Pompa spokesperson and co-owner of the app, "We have made this app for you, Yogateket community, so that you can practice yoga with your favorite teachers, any time, anywhere, even when there is no internet! Bring Yogateket to the park, when on holiday. If you are short on time, at work, or on your balcony. You can also view us on a big screen by streaming any video from your phone or tablet to your TV. This app is free to download, and with your Yogateket membership, you'll have full access to all features."

In our online yoga library, there is something for every mood and need for the moment. Whether it is to build a strong core with power yoga, clear the mind with guided meditation or get the detox benefits from the pranayama practice, it is just a couple clicks away."
