Nutraceuticals are composed of bioactive ingredients such as vitamins, minerals, fibres, proteins (including enzymes), probiotics (including prebiotics and synbiotics) and amino acids that assist in the prevention and management of diseases including hereditary problems, nutritional disease and allergies.
