Rising Music Artists DJ G-String And Trip P Collaborate On Remix Of "Freak Session (House Mix)"

Chicago, Illinois Jun 1, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - Chicago-based musician DJ G-String and Atlanta hip-hop star Trip P have released their all-new collaboration, "Freak Session (House Mix)". The song is a remix of Trip P's hot single, "Freak Session" and features the incredible intricacies that DJ G-String is known for in the house music genre.
The two artists began working together due to their admiration for each other's music. DJ G-String is a singer, songwriter, composer, producer, remixer, and DJ, and typically only remixes her own tracks. The "Freak Session" track by Trip P inspired the DJ to collaborate with the Atlanta-based rapper. The results are a trance-inspired track that takes DJ G-String out of her usual comfort zone.
"It was challenging to do the remix because the BPM was slow and it was really not the style of music I have remixed before," DJ G-String said. "I am very happy with the final result and feel like I gave the track a different vibe than the other house remixes Trip P has."
DJ G-String is a rising music artist and has more than 1million streams on Spotify and "Freak Session (House Mix)" will see her stream numbers rise further. DJ G-String was selected as one of the Top 10 Dance Artists by Reverbnation and appeared on Beatport Top 100 with three different singles in 2021 and 2022. DJ G-String is breaking barriers in the indie music scene thanks to her style of songwriting and vocal house productions.
The two artists met through Instagram and their chance meeting led to the remix collaboration of "Freak Session (House Mix"). The remix provides the rising artists with a hot single that old and new fans are sure to enjoy.
"Trip P is probably the sweetest guy to work with and his energy is fantastic," DJ G-String said. "When I remix music, I try to focus on a genre and stick to it when it is my own songs since my music is more vocal house and really different. For this track, I moved away from my remix style. I think it turned out really well and Trip P was very happy with it."
