EnergyMDT, is a popular practice based in Gaithersburg, Maryland, drawing on the leading expertise of its founder and Life & Wellness coach, Ximena Velasquez, who is trained in various energy modalities, has opened its online Pain Relief Workshop Tasters (30 minutes) for all who attend. The workshop tasters are online via Zoom for which you have to preregister (100 limit) and they are given on Wednesdays @ 1:00 p.m. (EST).

Ms. Velasquez explains that change can take place in a very short time but the individual just has to choose it. Clients feel a change and pain relief in the first workshop or session they attend. They go by the motto, “change doesn’t have to be hard or take a long time”.
“Individuals who joined the workshops in the past were a 10 on a pain scale of 0 -10 and got it down to 0: abdominal hernia; shoulder, neck, and chest pain; ankle (couldn’t walk) pain; headache; throat and chest heaviness; breathing pain; ear sensitive to sounds and other. We got to the root emotion and released it” says Ms. Velasquez.
We are not living in easy times. The cost of food, housing, and gas keeps going up. It’s no wonder that people are experiencing backaches because they don’t feel supported. People are also experiencing neck pain because they are not able to change and be flexible as these times require, Ms. Velasquez explains.
EnergyMDT also holds an online 90-minute Pain Relief Workshop on Wednesdays @ 6:00 p.m. (EST). Click here to register for the Online Pain Relief Workshop. This paid workshop is limited to 30 attendants so that there’s more time to review and release that which is causing pain to the attendant.
