The law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. welcomes attorney Kristin M. Ahern. Attorney Ahern joins the firm’s Medical Malpractice group focusing on the defense of dentists and other healthcare professionals. Her practice also includes general liability matters.

She comes to us with experience in medical malpractice, healthcare, products liability, and other general litigation matters,” states Craig Fontaine, principal. “She will enhance our already capable compliment of attorneys representing clients in those practice areas.”
Last summer, Attorney Ahern was a mock trial coach for the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity Summer Internship Pipeline Program. Attorney Ahern was a member of the Mock Trial Society in law school and competed in the Capitol City Challenge, an interscholastic mock trial competition in Washington, D.C. She was also an active member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board.
Attorney Ahern earned her B.S. from Southern Connecticut State University Honors College, magna cum laude and earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Connecticut.
