Jeremy Boone, internationally recognized leadership coach, has given a celebrated keynote speech at the 48th annual North Carolina Athletic Directors Association Conference. He challenged over 250 athletic directors to become a Winning Leader and showcased his LeaderKit philosophy.

Leadership specialist, Jeremy Boone, has given a highly regarded keynote speech at the 48th annual North Carolina Athletic Directors Association Conference. He challenged over 250 athletic directors to become a winning leader rather than viewing themselves as sports administrators.

Good leadership skills are crucial, especially when factoring in the prominent role that coaches play in athletes’ lives. There are many ways to improve leadership skills, but for those who are struggling to create a winning culture, it can often be difficult to know where to begin.
