Family-Owned Hallak Cleaners Celebrates 56th Anniversary with Annual Sale

The Hallak family continues Mr. Joseph Hallak's mission to provide a new level of fabric care in Manhattan.
Family business Hallak Cleaners will be thanking clients for their loyalty with its annual anniversary sale.
Hallak will be celebrating its 56th year as a couture dry cleaner. They are one of the few remaining family-owned and operated cleaners in the New York Metropolitan area.
In 1966, Mr. Joseph Hallak, Sr., opened the doors on Second Avenue. There, customers would be welcomed to an experience - a new level of French laundry and customer service. Guests were to be treated like family and their clothing treated like royalty.
After numerous accolades, including environmental awards, John-Claude and Joe Hallak will continue to honor their father's mission. In addition to a larger retail space on Second Avenue, the family also has a Bergen County location. Attached to the NJ store is the award-winning plant with 12,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art equipment, creating the ultimate garment journey.
Over the years, Hallak would continue to look for new ways to help its clientele. Services include couture care, casual cleaning, suede, leather, fur, clothing storage, and interior services. (This also includes larger restoration projects including smoke, fire and water damage.)
Fifty-six years later, Hallak Cleaners will be excited to share its annual anniversary sale with the fashion enthusiast community. In the past, the sale has only been for customers. This year, the sale will be open to anyone who loves fashion and seeks the very best in fabric care. The anniversary runs from February 12th through the 26th of the month. Sale details here:
- Bring in three garments of a kind (e.g. three dresses)
- Pay regular price for first two items
- Third item (with lowest cleaning price) cleaning will only be a penny
Additional exclusions and information can be found at Hallak.com. Both stores will be welcoming customers from Monday through Saturday. Free pick-up and delivery are also available in Manhattan, Bergen County, Westchester, Greenwich and Short Hills. (The Hamptons will also be visited in the spring through fall seasons.)
