ERTC Tax Credit Filing Application Deadline | Retroactive Claim Process Updated

May 3, 2022

Niagara Falls,United States - May 3, 2022 /PressCable/ —

In 2021, both the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) ended, but employers can still claim tax rebates for the ERTC program. An updated application process from Free Tax Cash can file an amendment to a company’s 941 returns, and specialist CPAs can help to maximize their rebates.

For more information about making retroactive ERTC claims, please visit https://www.freetaxcash.com

Employers who have already received funds through the PPP are still eligible for tax rebates and can complete their claims using the updated application process. Having received funds through the PPP will not reduce the total amount a business can claim, which could be up to $26,000 per W-2 employee.

Though both programs were created with the CARES Act to provide pandemic relief funds for small businesses, there are several important differences between the PPP and the ERTC. While the PPP provided loans with restrictions on how the funds could be spent, the ERTC tax rebates do not need to be repaid and can be spent with no restrictions.

Employers may be eligible for a rebate if they have fewer than 500 full-time employees on average and suffered financial losses during the pandemic. This can include showing reduced revenue compared to previous years or having to limit or suspend their business because of government orders, such as a lockdown.

To determine their eligibility, employers can take a no-cost, no-obligation assessment on the Free Tax Cash website. The eligibility test comprises 10 simple questions and requires no proprietary business information.

ERTC claims can be completed in minutes using an optimized application process that is only available from one firm of ERTC specialist CPAs. Called the 15 Minute Refund program, this application is guaranteed to maximize rebates for small and medium-sized businesses and includes audit-proof documentation for every client.

Recent satisfied clients of the fast application process include a business consulting firm in Newport Beach, CA, with 19 employees, that completed a claim for $44,960. They have also helped a restaurant ownership group in Florida to claim $1,120,000.

Could modular construction change the way hotels expand?

A new modular hospitality concept launched in Mexico is aiming to change the way hotels and accommodation operators approach expansion, allowing new units to be developed and operational in three to five months, compared with the one to two years that an equivalent conventional project can typically require in destinations such as the Riviera Maya. SIAN has launched its first hospitality unit, SIAN Yáax, in Isla Mujeres, using an off-site manufacturing model in which the majority of construction takes place in a controlled factory environment before the structure is transported and assembled at its final destination.
