Following a positive reception in Europe and Australia, the two portable boosters expand CTEK's North American range

Chicago, United States (PRUnderground) October 6th, 2026

CTEK has announced that its RB 3000 and RB 4000 portable boosters are now available in North America. Already well received in Europe and Australia, the two models bring powerful jump-starting capability and practical everyday features to drivers across the region.

The launch significantly expands CTEK's North American booster portfolio. Both models are designed to start vehicles with discharged 12V lead-acid batteries, while built-in safety features help make them straightforward to use. Detachable cables and a protective case make each booster easy to store in a vehicle and ready to use when needed.

"The RB 3000 and RB 4000 have been very well received in Europe and Australia, and bringing them to North America significantly expands our booster portfolio here," said Steve Hayes, Regional Sales Manager, North America, at CTEK. "Drivers can choose the level of starting power that suits their vehicle, with the added reassurance of safety features and useful functions for life on the road."

Two levels of starting power

The RB 3000 delivers 3,000A peak current, while the RB 4000 delivers 4,000A peak current for vehicles with greater starting demands. Both models combine jump-starting capability with spark-proof technology and reverse-polarity protection.

Each booster also works as a power bank for compatible devices through USB-A and USB-C ports. An integrated LED flashlight offers standard, strobe and SOS modes, giving drivers another useful tool to keep in the vehicle.

"A dead battery can disrupt the entire day," Hayes added. "These boosters give drivers a practical way to get moving again, whether they are heading to work, travelling with family or setting off on a longer trip."

The RB 3000 and RB 4000 are available now in North America. For more information, visit www.ctek.com.

Three years after October 7 attacks, Israel's economy shows its strength

After shrinking briefly in the aftermath of the October 7, 2023 attacks, Israel's GDP is predicted to grow by 4 percent this year. The country's tech sector – specifically its defence startups – has played a big part in this performance but challenges, notably demographic ones, are on the horizon. Meanwhile, the destruction caused by Israel's war in Gaza has reduced GDP per capita in the Palestinian enclave by 83 percent and reconstruction plans there have yet to begin.
