CoreVar Announces Cooking with AI, an Eight-Topic Live Webinar Series

Oct 22, 2026

REDMOND, Wash. - Oct. 22, 2026 - PRLog -- CoreVar today announced Cooking with AI, a live webinar series that shows business owners, creators and builders how to turn ideas into useful work with AI. Beginning November 10, 2026, the series brings together eight topics covering everyday AI workflows, software, websites, creative content, advertising and physical-product development.

Presented by CoreVar founder Jeff Scherrer, the sessions focus on the work around a useful result: defining the task, giving AI relevant context, developing and revising an output, and checking it before putting it to use. Attendees can choose topics that match their goals and experience, from getting started with AI tools to coordinating larger technical projects.

"AI opens up opportunities to build things and improve the way we work, but people still need to know how to guide the tools and judge the results," said Jeff. "Cooking with AI is about making that practical. We'll work through concrete examples, explain the decisions along the way, and make room for people's questions."

The eight topics are:

Cooking with Codex — plan a useful build, guide implementation and review the result.
Cooking with Claude — turn a clear brief into useful work through context, prompting and iteration.
Build a Website with AI — move from an initial brief to a website ready for publication.
Run a Business with AI — apply AI to research, planning, customer operations and everyday workflows.
Content Generation with AI — develop and refine creative work, using music as a worked example.
Create Stunning Ads with AI — develop campaign ideas, scripts and visual assets, then review and refine them.
Solving Problems at Scale — organize larger problems, coordinate AI tools and validate the combined result.
Build Hard Tech Products with AI — explore product requirements, design choices, prototype tests and engineering tradeoffs.

Jeff is a principal enterprise architect and named inventor on four U.S. patents.

Each live episode includes 60 minutes of in-depth training followed by 30 minutes of Q&A, with a replay included afterwards.

Individual episodes are $99 USD each. The $599 USD whole-season option includes one live showing for each of the eight topics, plus replays. Prices are before applicable tax. Repeat dates offer alternative showings of the same episode.

The opening Cooking with Codex sessions are scheduled for November 10, 2026, at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific time. The topic lineup, available dates and registration options are at https://www.corevar.com/cooking-with-ai.

OpenCode Flaw Lets Malicious MCP Servers Execute Code During Sign-In on Windows and WSL

A flaw in the OpenCode AI coding agent allowed a malicious or hijacked MCP server to run code on a developer's Windows or WSL machine when the developer signed in. OpenCode connects to MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to add outside tools, and such code would run with the developer's own access. Anomaly, the company behind OpenCode, fixed the flaw in version 1.18.33 on September
