Global black-owned footwear brand TRONUS announced a new Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deal with 13 international, college, and high school basketball superstars represented by Fraction.

ATLANTA - Jan. 20, 2023 - PRLog -- TRONUS, the premiere black-owned luxury footwear brand, is proud to announce its newest strategic partnership with Fraction.

TRONUS is a luxurious footwear brand founded by history-making professional football player, Santia Deck, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and continues to gain popularity among sneakerheads and young athletes across the country.

Fraction represents a diverse collective of talented high school, college, and professional athletes that will be joining the rapidly expanding TRONUS sponsored athlete program as young leaders who will help share the TRONUS mission of bold individuality with the global community. These 13 NIL athletes include:

NCAA Basketball

  • Dylan Disu - University of Texas
  • DJ Horne - Arizona State University
  • Liam Robbins - Vanderbilt University
  • Brandon Lieb - University of Illinois
  • Joshua Rivera - Lafayette College
  • Greg Gordon - Dyerburg State Community College
  • Alec Rosner - Western Illinois University
  • Quinlan Benett - Western Illinois University
  • Keonte Kennedy – University of Memphis
  • Yaakema Rose Jr – Eastern Illinois University

This announcement comes just weeks before TRONUS launches their sneakers at Champs Sports located inside Lenox Mall in Atlanta, GA.

"Ecstatic to partner our agency, Fraction, with TRONUS! TRONUS is on the rise, and we are proud to partner them with our athletes," says Jack Lieb, President and Founder of Fraction.

Jack founded Fraction after previous experiences as General Manager and Head Coach for the Ex-Pats in the TBT League, as well as a Graduate Assistant under Jerry Stackhouse at Vanderbilt. Fraction is a full-service NIL company, player and talent representation, and advisory agency.

"I am excited for this new chapter in the TRONUS brand," says CEO Santia Deck. "We have created a footprint as an innovative brand that is always making waves to take our product voice to the next level. And this new partnership with Fraction does just that. This new collaboration allows us the opportunity to position ourselves not only as the premier training and recovery sneaker, but it also puts us in the light as a lifestyle and athleisure sneaker brand as well."

Santia first made history when she received the highest-ever paid contract as a professional female football player and then again in July 2020 when she launched the athleisure brand, TRONUS, by becoming the first professional female athlete to own a sneaker company. As the future of footwear, all products are designed to create an almost euphoric "walking on air" experience. The sleek, futuristic sock-tip style sneaker and stylish, comfortable luxe recovery slides have a look and feel that attracts both male and female athletes.
