(Greencastle, IN) Raising funds for programming and activities is important for schools, community organizations and non-profit agencies and one of the most successful forms of fundraising is a carnival. Spring is one of the most likeable, family-friendly seasons to host a festival because groups are usually raising money for trips, graduations, proms and other events. When planned properly, carnivals are a highly successful method of raising money. Through ticket sales, booth rentals, gaming, and other activities, groups can quickly secure all the money they need for their project. Big Bounce Fun House Rentals help organizations in the Greencastle area get the most out of their carnival fundraisers by offering a full range of services including planning, hosting and entertainment services, a wide variety of rental equipment, catering services, and setup and take down of rental units. Company spokesperson, Susan Lorimer stated: “We are with our clients every step of the way, making sure that everything goes off without a hitch”.

According to Lorimer, “The first step in planning a carnival is choosing a theme. In the springtime, we see a lot of spring flings, for example, along with Mardi Gras and St. Patrick’s Day carnivals, just to name a few. We can help our customers choose a theme, and then we can supply all the equipment they need. We have the latest in bounce houses and inflatables; plus, we have a huge selection of carnival games, most of which can be used in an outdoor or an indoor venue.” Big Bounce Fun House Rentals has over 30 different gaming options including upright pinball game, life size twister, an miniature golf, dart balloon, ball toss, and duck pond to name a few.

As part of their service, Big Bounce Fun House Rental employees set up and take down all rental units for our customers. “Sometimes clients offer to pick up equipment and set it up themselves, but we feel that it’s extremely important that trained and experienced technicians make sure that any equipment is set up correctly and safely. Once everything is set up and running, we can train adults to supervise the inflatables or games, or we can have a technician stay to supervise,” stated Lorimer. Big Bounce Fun House Rentals has a vast selection of rental products, so their customers are guaranteed to find the exact type of entertainment needed for their fundraiser. Some of the most popular include face painter, tattoo and balloon artists, stilt walkers, and fire performers.

The Big Bounce Fun House Rentals family is committed to doing everything they can to make their client’s carnival a success. The highly experienced, professional staff help groups with all their organizing needs by offering tips and advice to the organizers. Lorimer went on to say: “First of all, you want to sell tickets to everything rather than having individual booths charge cash for food or games. Make sure to have plenty of ticket tables readily available, but also accept credit card payments. Today, most people don’t carry a lot of cash, so it is important to take cards, so you can maximize profits.” She also recommended that organizers invite community members to rent booths, so they can sell their arts and crafts or baked goods. “Raffles and auctions also great opportunities to make more money.” For more successful carnival planning tips, customers should visit: bigbouncefunhouserentals.com/.
