Advance America Now Offers Online Account Access for Houston Borrowers

Houston borrowers will find online installment loan and paycheck advance applications and loan management tools now available online through AdvanceAmerica.net.

In response to customers' changing needs and increased demand for online financial services, Advance America is accepting applications online and at all of its locations for installment loans up to $2,500 and paycheck advance loans up to $1,800.

Check, cash, card or direct transactions are all available to borrowers

With access to these expanded loan products through Advance America online and in person, borrowers are free to choose their preferred method of both receiving and repaying funds. Borrowers can seamlessly transition between direct deposits, transferring funds to a debit card (at Advance America locations only), paper checks and/or cash as they please.

  • Loan funds can be received instantly on a debit card in-store
  • Borrowers have the choice to go paperless — no paper checks required
  • Personal banking accounts can be connected directly to an online Advance America account for secure applications, deposits and payments
  • Debit card payments can be made online or over the phone by calling the Customer Care Team

New online features coordinate with in-person transactions

Borrowers will now be able to manage their loans through 24/7 access to AdvanceAmerica.net accounts. If the borrower prefers, these online features can be used together with in-person transactions to create the most convenient process for each borrower.

Borrowers can apply for a loan online and pick up their funds in person at an Advance America location, or take out a loan in person, receive funds on a debit card and manage their loan online. Title loans up to $10,000 are available in-store only.

Likewise, whether borrowers applied for a loan online or in-store, they are welcome to access our customer support through online chat or by calling (844) 562-6480 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. ET and Saturday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. ET.
